IUCAA was as usual a part of this national celebration of Science and the open house event was great success with a huge footfall of students, teachers, parents, and the general public. A range of exhibits of facilities and collaboration of IUCAA in line with the theme of Facilities of IUCAA was designed and developed by undergraduate students from Fergusson College, with volunteers from different colleges explaining and participating in many other activities of IUCAA.
PhD, Post-Doctoral Students with IUCAA staff were involved in showcasing the research and development happening at IUCAA. There were many Talks planned at Chandrasekhar Auditorium especially “Ask the Scientist” which also was houseful.
